Ingredients:-
besan (gram flour) 2 cups
powdered sugar (desi khand) 1&1/2 cup
desi ghee 1&1/4 cup
almonds 10
cashews 10
cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
water 2 -3 tbsp
Method:-
- heat ghee in a pan
- add besan (gram flour) in the ghee
- roast the besan until colour changed
- besan should be light golden in colour(it will take around 7 minutes.)
- now sprinkle 2-3 tbsp water on the gram flour
- switch off the gas and let it cool down
- now add cardamom powder and powdered sugar or desi khand
- mix it well
- now bind your laddoos , place cashews and almonds on each laddoo and press them
- your laddoos are ready to eat
