Besan Ke Ladoo Traditional Style Recipe by Khana Manpasand



Ingredients:-

besan (gram flour)                        2 cups
powdered sugar (desi khand)         1&1/2 cup
desi ghee                                        1&1/4 cup
almonds                                          10
cashews                                           10
cardamom powder                         1/2 tsp
water                                              2 -3 tbsp


Method:-


  1. heat ghee in a pan 
  2. add besan  (gram flour) in the ghee 
  3. roast the besan until colour changed
  4. besan should be light golden in colour(it will take around 7 minutes.)
  5. now sprinkle 2-3 tbsp water on the gram flour
  6. switch off the gas and let it cool down
  7. now add cardamom powder and powdered sugar or desi  khand
  8. mix it well 
  9. now bind your laddoos , place cashews and almonds on each laddoo and press them 
  10. your laddoos are ready to eat
