Recipe of Paneer Bhurji or Scrambled Paneer Punjabi Recipe by Khana Manpasand

Ingredients:-



  • Paneer - 1 cup (200gm)
  • Tomatoes - 1/2 cup
  • Onions - 1 cup
  • Capsicum - 1/4 cup
  • Peas- 1/4 cup
  • Green chillies - 1-2
  • Salt - according to taste or 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
  • Tomato puree - 1/2 cup
  • Turmeric - a pinch
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
  • Oil - 1 tbsp


  • Method:-

  • Heat oil in a pan .
  • Add onions and ginger garlic paste .
  • Saute onions until they become transparent and soft . Now add peas to the onions .
  • Add tomato puree to the pan and also add chopped tomatoes and green chillies .
  • Add turmeric , chilli powder and salt .
  • Cook for 3-4 minutes until tomatoes are cooked well .
  • Make the mixture dry then add capsicum.
  • Saute for one minute , add crushed paneer and mix it well.
  • Saute for two - three minutes.
  • Add one tsp tomato sauce for extra flavour.
  • In the end add garam masala, green coriander leaves and serve hot.
