Recipe of Paneer Bhurji or Scrambled Paneer Punjabi Recipe by Khana Manpasand
Ingredients:-
- Paneer - 1 cup (200gm)
- Tomatoes - 1/2 cup
- Onions - 1 cup
- Capsicum - 1/4 cup
- Peas- 1/4 cup
- Green chillies - 1-2
- Salt - according to taste or 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder- 1/2 tsp
- Tomato puree - 1/2 cup
- Turmeric - a pinch
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
- Garam masala- 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Method:-
- Heat oil in a pan .
- Add onions and ginger garlic paste .
- Saute onions until they become transparent and soft . Now add peas to the onions .
- Add tomato puree to the pan and also add chopped tomatoes and green chillies .
- Add turmeric , chilli powder and salt .
- Cook for 3-4 minutes until tomatoes are cooked well .
- Make the mixture dry then add capsicum.
- Saute for one minute , add crushed paneer and mix it well.
- Saute for two - three minutes.
- Add one tsp tomato sauce for extra flavour.
- In the end add garam masala, green coriander leaves and serve hot.

Besan Ke Ladoo Traditional Style Recipe by Khana Manpasand
Ingredients:-
besan (gram flour) 2 cups
powdered sugar (desi khand) 1&1/2 cup
desi ghee 1&1/4 cup
almonds 10
cashews 10
cardamom powder 1/2 tsp
water 2 -3 tbsp
Method:-
- heat ghee in a pan
- add besan (gram flour) in the ghee
- roast the besan until colour changed
- besan should be light golden in colour(it will take around 7 minutes.)
- now sprinkle 2-3 tbsp water on the gram flour
- switch off the gas and let it cool down
- now add cardamom powder and powdered sugar or desi khand
- mix it well
- now bind your laddoos , place cashews and almonds on each laddoo and press them
- your laddoos are ready to eat
Gajar Ki Burfy or Carrot Burfy Quick and Easy Recipe by Khana Manpasand
Grated carrots - 1/2 kg.
Sugar - 1 & 1/2 cup
Desi Ghee
(clarified butter )- 4 tbsp
Kaju (in halves)- 10 -12
Fresh cardomam powder crushed -1/2 tsp
Coconut powder - 75 gm or 1 cup
Milk powder - 150 gm
Whole milk - 2 cups
Method:-
- Boil milk in a pan and add carrots to it.
- Let them be soft, cook on high flame.
- When mixture becomes dry then add ghee and saute it.
- Add sugar to this mixture now it will become of liquid consistency Add coconut powder and milk powder to this mixture.
- Cook until the mixture becomes dry.
- It should come to barfi consistency then pour the mixture in greased tray and decorate the cashews.
- Let it set in fridge for two hours.
- Cut the pieces and enjoy your barfi .
Palak Kofta Curry or Koftas in Palak Gravy

For Koftas (dumplings)-
cottage cheese/Paneer-1/2 cup
dried milk /khoya- 1/2 cup
corn flour - 2tbsp
gram flour- 3-4 tbsp
Salt- 1/2 tsp
spinach- 1/2 cup chopped
sodium bicarbonate (baking soda) -A pinch
water 2-3 tbsp or according to requirement
oil- for frying the koftas
Ingredients for gravy-
spinach - one bunch(500 gm) blanched and pureed
onion-3-4 medium sized( pureed)
tomato- 3-4 medium( pureed)
ginger garlic paste- 2 tsp
green chillies 2-3 paste or finely chopped
fresh cream- 2 tbsp
whole garam masala-
2-3 bay leafs, 2-3 cloves, 2-3 green cardamoms, 1 black cardamom, maize -little bit ;cumin seeds-1/2 tsp
cinnamon 1 sticks
Coriander powder- 2 tsp
salt -1 tsp or according to taste
turmeric powder- 1/2 tsp
red chilly powder !/2 tsp
dried fenugreek leaves-(kasoori methi)-A generous pinch
